ISC Radio Network Now on AM 1350 KRNT

DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Sports Connection LLC and the Des Moines Radio Group signed a three-year agreement Dec. 9, making 1350 KRNT the official flagship radio station for the Iowa Sports Connection Radio Network.

1350 KRNT will broadcast all of the Iowa Sports Connection's programs, including the award-winning Friday Night Live, The Iowa Sports Connection Show, and On the Tee. The radio programs will remain in the same time slots that they have held in central Iowa the past 13 years and will continue to be broadcast on TV in central Iowa on WHO TV 13.2; Mediacom 113 and 246; and in eastern Iowa on KCRG 9.2 and Mediacom 109.

In addition, the Des Moines Radio Group and the Iowa Sports Connection will announce more programming in 2012. The alliance is ideal for both entities as the Des Moines Radio Group is the home for Drake University sports, the Des Moines Buccaneers, Iowa Cubs, and Chicago Cubs.

Friday Night Live will air Dec. 16 from 7-11 p.m. and The Iowa Sports Connection Show will air Saturday Dec. 17 from 8-10 AM. On the Tee will air Wednesday Dec. 21 from 6-7 p.m. CST.
