ISC Iowa High School Football Rankings - Week 1

DES MOINES, Iowa - After Week Zero of the Iowa high school football season the Iowa Sports Connection has released their first regular season rankings and although a limited number of teams played, there were some early season changes at the top as #1 Dowling Actholic (4A) and #2 Harlan (3A) both lost thier openers. The new poll finds Cedar Falls on top in 4A, while Bishop Heelan (Sioux City) (3A), Kuemper Catholic (2A), Dike-New-Hartford (1A), Gehlen Catholic (A) and Armstrong-Ringsted (8-P) remain at the top of their polls. Bishop Heelan and Armstrong-Ringsted both won their openers.

Listed below are the rankings in all six classes along with others to watch after Week Zero of the season. The rankings will be posted on Sundays each week during the regular season.
