DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Sports Connection (ISC) has released their first Iowa high school boys basketball regular season rankings of the season. Iowa City West (4A), Waverly-Shell Rock (3A), PCM-Monroe (2A) and St Mary (Storm Lake) (1A) begin the season on the top of their respective polls
