- Has competed with multiple Winged Sprint Car Series, including: the World of Outlaws, WOO Gumout Series, All-Star Circiut of Champions, Interstate Racing Association (IRA), Great Lakes Outlaw Spring Series (GLOSS)
- Made United States Auto Club (USAC) debut in 2004 competing in Silver Crown Series driving for Kasey Kahne Racing
- Made Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) debut at the Michigan International Speedway in 2005
- Made 2005 debut in famous "Chili Bowl" in Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Became part of the only father/son duo to win famed Knoxville Nationals with his win in 2005. His father, Steve, is a 12-time winner of the event.
